Quality

HBR employs the ISO 9001:2008 accredited processes and procedures contained within the Parent Company's Quality Management Systems.

These ensure that all works are undertaken to recognised standards and that sufficient quality records are stored in retrievable formats.   Remediation validation is generally undertaken by an external Environmental Consultant in order to avoid any conflict of interest.   Site based remediation works are undertaken within the ‘environmental permitting (mobile treatment licensing)’ regime for which HBR retains the current approvals and documentation.

Safety & Environmental

The Health, Safety and Environmental management systems adopted by HBR are compliant and accredited to ISO14001:2004.   The preparation of method statements and correctly evaluated risk assessments relies on the in-house experience of the management teams and process operators.   The benefit of in-house design capabilities is the risks and hazards can be designed out from the process plant or site execution phase.   Statistics are maintained and reported in accordance with UK regulations.
